We had the privilege of creating 15 artworks for the game "Oath to Embers."
Our team focused on capturing the immersive atmosphere and narrative of the game, blending intricate details with our painterly style. Ensuring that the artwork not only complemented the gameplay but also resonated deeply with the players. This project allowed us to showcase our creativity and visual narrative skillset.

Workflow
The first thing we do was to get as many information out of the team at Oath to Embers. We want this work to fit perfectly with the story they wanted to achieve. Most of them are grim, dark, but some of them are bright!
The team then started off with making two alternative sketches, rough colors, doing back and forth of adjustments needed to bring the rest of the work progression to final. The final quality expectations for the artworks were quite high, so some artworks take longer than the other to finish off the details. There are many times our Art Director push the team to do another pass of details so that the artwork are what you're seeing right now.
In the final stage, we also separate the layers more tightly so the team over at Oath to Embers can adjust them easier for other needs.
Value Delivered
The team has completed all fifteen artworks. The artworks got featured on the Oath to Embers' website and games in the future.
We implemented all the client's requests and ideas in the artworks, enriching the artwork to a premium boardgame positioning.
Team Structure
The creation of the artwork required multiple artists to work on one artwork to fullfill the timeline. This also requires artists who give a lot of attention to detail as the work needs a higher level of polish.
